Refund policy

  • Due to the hygienic nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled for a full refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
